Soft and Chewy Oatmeal Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar together. Then add the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients together then add to the wet ingredients and mix together.
- Drop on cookie sheet by the tablespoon.
- Bake at 375F for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned.
