Supplies

• Paper plate
• Quick dry tacky glue or school glue
• Johnny Appleseed Template (you can download it below)
• Scissors
• Printer paper or cardstock

How To Make A Johnny Appleseed Paper Plate Craft

Print the Johnny Appleseed Template file onto printer paper or cardstock.

Next, cut the pieces apart. If you’re kids are able to do so safely, they can cut the pieces apart themselves for extra fine motor practice.

Glue the pot handle to the paper plate near where the top of the head will be.

Then glue the face piece to the center of the paper plate.

Next, glue the hat (pot) onto the top of Johnny’s head, lining up the pot handle with the edge.

Finally, glue the apple to the center of the pot.

Allow the glue to dry completely before playing or displaying your Johnny Appleseed craft.
