Hi everyone! I didn’t intend for such a long time between postings. Dec/Jan is a busy time for us and often I would go to write a post and something would come up.
It’s really cold here today, last night went down to -15 C not including the wind chill. Burr!! I’m working at getting caught up on things today. Friday coming home the idler pulley broke on the van, so dh spent Sat. tracking down a part and fixing it.
Then another snow storm moved in that evening. WOW were the winds ever strong! Many times that evening we couldn’t see out out windows for the blowing snow. The next morning we had a foot of snow in the driveway, and of course a small mountain at the bottom of the driveway. A nice gift from the snow plow. lol
Only problem with that was the snowblower wouldn’t start! It took dh most of the morning to get it running. Turns out the float in the carb was frozen real bad. Not real impressed for a brand new snowblower to be giving us problems already. It has less than 15 hours running time on it.
Sometimes I think you just can’t win.
If you buy an old one your fixing it constantly. If you buy a new one it breaks anyway. At one time you would spend good money for a new item and it would LAST.
I’ve made a few new videos this past week. One is for my rice pudding recipe and the other for my hot chocolate mix. I hope you enjoy! I filmed a basic bread baking video this weekend as well. I hope to have that up soon to.
