Summer is such a fun time of year but kids can quickly get bored! I like to have lots of easy activities to keep kids busy during the summer, like this Summer Fun Word Search.

For years we homeschooled year round. I just found it easier to have shorter days than to try and cram everything in when homeschooling many young children.

I also found that when we took the summer off they would forget so much over the summer holiday! This meant the first month or two of the new year was always spent refreshing what was forgotten.
