In a separate mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and mix well.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet until the dry ingredients are moist.
Next, fold in the cranberries and apples.
Then spread the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, until the center tests done with a toothpick. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to fully cool.
