Cheeseburger Pasta Salad

Cheeseburger Pasta Salad has all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger mixed into a creamy, hearty pasta salad. Made with ground beef, cheese, pickles, lettuce, and a tangy sauce, it’s a fun and delicious dish for BBQs, potlucks, or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 cups Miracle Whip
  • 6 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 6 tablespoons relish
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Filling

  • 2 pounds rotini pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 10 baby dill pickles diced
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce head chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, add the sauce ingredients, mix well, and set aside.
  • Fry the ground beef and drain the grease.
  • Cook the pasta until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain well and put into a large bowl.
  • Add the sauce, cooked ground beef, pickles, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, and paprika. Stir to combine well.

Notes

This recipe makes a very large batch with 12 to 14 servings for a main dish and 24+ servings as a side dish. It's easily cut in half if your family size is smaller.
