Christmas Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Christmas M&M (red and green colors)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together. Then add the eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix well.
  • Add the M&Ms, white chocolate chips, and semisweet chocolate chips, and stir until they are mixed through the dough.
  • Drop by the tablespoon onto a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
