Ingredients

  • 3 English cucumbers sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound bacon cooked and diced
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 4 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Slice cucumbers and onion. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and toss to coat. Let sit for 15–30 minutes.
  • Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and chop.
  • Drain the cucumber mixture and transfer to a large bowl, and add the bacon.
  • Whisk together Miracle Whip, sugar, vinegar, dill, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Pour dressing over cucumbers and stir to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
