  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup fancy molasses
  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the oatmeal, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Stir together until it's well mixed.
  • Next, add the eggs, milk, molasses, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until the wet and dry ingredients are well combined.
