Start by making your faux snow mixture. Take 1 cup of Epsom salts and add 1 to 3 tablespoons of silver glitter to it. Mix it up well so that there are no clumps and set it aside.
Using a small paintbrush dot the ends of the pinecones with white paint. It makes it look like snow has just fallen down on them.
While the paint is still wet sprinkle the faux snow mixture over top of the pinecones.
Cut a length of twine and fold the ends together, make a slip knot and pull it tight. Then cut the ends off leaving a tiny tail.
Place a small dot of hot glue onto the tail end of the twine and then press it against the stem of the pinecone.
