Ingredients

  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup butter melted
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries divided

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease your 9x13 baking pan and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until they are well combined.
  • Then add the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla, and stir well.
  • Next, fold in 3 cups of the strawberries. Mix and pour into the baking pan.
  • Top with the remaining sliced strawberries.
  • Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes until the middle is set and the top is lightly browned.

Notes

  • You can substitute the milk with water, or a mix of water and milk, or alternative milk like coconut milk or almond milk.
  • The butter can be substituted with vegetable oil or coconut oil.
