Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Wash the butternut squash, cut it in half lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds.
  • Place the squash cut side up on a baking sheet or roasting pan.
  • Baste the top of the squash with the melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top of the squash.
  • Place into the oven and bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until the squash is tender.
