Cucumbers Are Starting To Produce ~ Pickling Time!

This morning there was enough cucumbers to pick that it nearly filled my largest bowl.
Yes, I will be busy canning pickles this week! We have a lot of small cucumbers still in the garden and the plants are loaded with flowers.
It’s so nice to see them doing well this year. I’ll be starting with my Volcano Pickle recipe, this is hubby’s favourite! Then later in the week I hope to make some Bread and Butter pickles.
