- 2 pounds rotini pasta cooked and cooled
- 1 pound bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 pint grape tomatoes cut in half
- 1/4 to 1/2 head iceberg lettuce chopped (about 4 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 3/4 cups Miracle Whip
Bring a large pot of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once the water is boiling, add your rotini pasta and cook according to package directions until it’s al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, place the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until it’s evenly browned, about 8-10 minutes. Then drain the grease and chop up the bacon.
When the pasta is done, drain and rinse it in cold water to cool it down quickly. Then drain and pour into a large mixing bowl.
Add the Miracle Whip and the prepared vegetables, bacon, and seasonings. Stir until the pasta is well coated.
