Ingredients
- 2 pounds rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 to 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 3/4 cups Miracle Whip
How To Make BLT Pasta Salad
Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to the package directions until it’s al dente.
While the past is cooking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until it’s crispy. Drain the grease, then chop the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Once the pasta is done, drain it and rinse it under cold water to cool it down quickly. Drain well and transfer it to a large mixing bowl, and add the Miracle Whip.
Add the chopped bacon, halved tomatoes, chopped lettuce, salt, and black pepper to the pasta. Stir until everything is coated well.
Serve right away, or cover and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
