Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Stir in eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Fold in the blueberries, then pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 40–50 minutes until the center is set.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use 3 cups of liquid, which can be all milk, water, or a mix.
  • You can substitute the butter for vegetable oil.
