Ingredients
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- 4 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups blueberries
How To Make Blueberry Baked Oatmeal
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking pan and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until everything is well mixed.
Add the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir well until everything is fully combined.
Fold in the blueberries, then pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
Substitutions
- Butter – Vegetable oil also works well.
