Ingredients

  • 2 pounds spiral pasta
  • 4 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 8 cups sliced romaine lettuce
  • 4 cups croutons
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Dressing

  • 2 cups Miracle Whip
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water until cooled, and drain well.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the Miracle Whip, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked chicken, romaine lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and dressing. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Serves 12 as a main dish, 24 as a side dish.
  • If the dressing is too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir well.
  • You can make this ahead of time, but add the croutons and lettuce right before serving.
  • Miracle Whip can be substituted with mayonnaise.
