- 1 cup white sugar
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish and set aside.
Mix the blueberries, lemon juice, flour, and 1/2 cup of sugar together and set aside.
For the batter, in a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then set aside.

Alternate adding the flour and milk to the batter, stir until well mixed.
Pour the blueberries into your prepared baking dish.
Pour the batter over the blueberries.
Bake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
