Ingredients

Filling

  • 4 cups canned peaches drained
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tsp lemon juice

Topping

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Gently stir blueberries, peaches, and lemon juice together in your cast iron skillet or 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the white sugar and flour over top and stir into the fruit.
  • In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon, stir to mix well.
  • Pour in the melted butter and stir until the texture of course crumbs.
  • Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit filling.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
