Filling
- 4 cups canned peaches drained
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tsp lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350F.
Gently stir blueberries, peaches, and lemon juice together in your cast iron skillet or 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the white sugar and flour over top and stir into the fruit.
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon, stir to mix well.
Pour in the melted butter and stir until the texture of course crumbs.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit filling.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
