- 3 tsp. yeast

To Make In A Bread Machine
Combine all ingredients in the order specified by your manual and select the dough setting.
Form into rolls and place on greased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Place the dinner rolls onto a greased baking sheet or a 9x13 baking pan. Then cover them and let them rise for 30 minutes.
Place the dinner rolls into a pre-warmed oven at 350F and bake them for 20-25 minutes. When they are golden brown on the top and cooked through remove them from the oven and baste the tops with melted butter.
To Make By Hand
In a large mixing bowl combine your warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir it together and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Stir in the melted butter, salt, and eggs. Once they are well mixed then start adding the flour a little at a time so that it mixes together well.
Turn the dough out onto a well-floured surface and knead by hand for 10 minutes. The dough should be slightly sticky but easy to handle.
Transfer the dough into a greased bowl and cover the dough and let it rise until it has doubled in size.
Punch the dough down to deflate it. Then pull off sections of the dough and form it into rolls. I just do this by eye but you can weigh each roll to make sure they are exactly the same size if you like.
