How To Make Watermelon Feta Blueberry Skewers
Cut your block of feta cheese into 12 cubes and set aside.
Next, cut the watermelon into 12 cubes, making them just a little bigger than the feta.
Place the watermelon cubes on a serving platter, place the feta over top of them.
Then add the mint leaf and the blueberry on top.
Carefully stick a toothpick through the center to hold the stack together. They are ready to serve right away, or you can refrigerate them until you are ready to serve.

- ¼ of a regular watermelon
- 8 oz block feta
- 12 mint leaves
- 12 blueberries
Instructions
- Cut the feta block into 12 cubes. Then cut 12 watermelon cubes just a little bigger than the feta.
- Arrange watermelon on a platter. Top with feta, then mint, then blueberry. Stick a toothpick through the center.
- Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to serve.
