- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of basil
How To Make Fried Cabbage With Sausage
Place the vegetable oil into the Dutch oven, add the sliced sausage, and cook over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Add the onion and cook, stirring until the onion caramelizes.
Next, add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Then stir in the cabbage and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring often.
Add the salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika, stir, and reduce the heat to medium, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
