Storage & Freezing Tips

Room Temperature: Store cooled cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Add a slice of bread to the container to help keep the cookies soft.

Freezing Dough: Scoop the dough into balls and freeze on a baking sheet. Once firm, transfer them to a freezer bag or airtight containers and freeze for up to 3 months. Bake straight from frozen, just add a minute or two to the baking time.

Freezing Baked Cookies: Baked cookies freeze really well, too! Let the cookies cool completely, then freeze in layers in an airtight container with parchment paper between each layer. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
